The steel roofing and siding panels which fall under this warranty are defined as pre painted galvanized and galvalume steel roofing and siding panels manufactured by westman steel and erected in canada or the united states of america including alaska.

Galvalume roof warranty.

This warranty does not apply in the event of deterioration to the panels caused directly or indirectly by the panel contact with fasteners. Galvalume and galvanized are two commonly used substrates in the metal roofing industry. Galvalume carries a warranty from the steel mills that protects against perforation or rust through of the substrate but not surface rust. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Damage to the galvalume coating caused by cascading water. This warranty shall be subject to the stipulations limitations and conditions hereafter set forth. Selection of suitable long lasting fasteners to be used with galvalume roof ing and siding panels rests solely with the buyer.
